This page records verified service and billing facts. It is intentionally not presented as a complete legal contract until the missing legal and commercial terms have been supplied.
1. Current service description
BluWorkflow is an organisation-based client case and workflow management service. Current capabilities include client and case records, document organisation, workflow use and tracking, deadlines, in-app notifications, manual reminders, team access, permissions and audit records. Some plans include optional AI-assisted case reviews.
2. Accounts and organisations
An organisation is the BluWorkflow workspace. Users access organisation data through active membership. Protected actions depend on role permissions and, where applicable, subscription-plan capabilities. Invitations join the accepting account to the inviting organisation and do not create a separate organisation automatically.
3. Self-service trial
The self-service trial lasts 14 days. The backend prevents one user from repeatedly claiming self-service trials. Accepting an invitation uses the inviting organisation's access state and does not consume or reset the invited person's own unused trial entitlement.
4. Monthly plans and prices
All three plans are self-service, monthly and billed in GBP. BluWorkflow has no annual billing or annual discount. Applicable tax treatment has not been confirmed and is not stated here.
5. Active seats
Each active organisation member consumes one paid seat, regardless of how many roles that person has. Pending invitations and inactive or removed memberships consume no seat. The server calculates the authoritative active-seat quantity.
6. Stripe billing
Self-service subscription checkout and billing management use Stripe-hosted pages. The BluWorkflow backend selects the plan's Stripe price and calculates the seat quantity; browser input does not control either value. Further renewal, cancellation, refund, invoicing and tax terms require confirmed policy and must be added to the final agreement.
7. Plan capability progression
Starter provides the core workspace. Professional adds workflow-template editing and supported AI-assisted reviews. Business adds custom roles, advanced permissions and organisation-level permission management. Access to a protected feature requires both the user's role permission and the organisation's plan capability.
8. AI-assisted output
AI-assisted results are optional and advisory. They are based on structured case context and remain subject to review by the user. They do not replace professional judgement.
